Do you know TABATA?
Tabata training method was developed by Dr. Izumi Tabata at the National Institute of Health and Food of Tokyo in Japan.
It is a very effective technique based on scientific criteria that can lead to substantial and sustained weight loss, while maintaining healthy levels of lean mass.
It should be specified that other methods of physical work are equally promising, but with distinct modules (one for weight loss, one for muscle development).
The Tabata Training, however, addresses both objectives through a single program. Visible progress can be perceived after 3 months of training sessions lasting 15-20 minutes done 2-3 times a week.
How does it work?
20 seconds of workout and 10 seconds of rest for a total of 4 minutes. This should be repeated 2 or 3 times.
